O
Oggy man

I am a terrorist from Kashmir (irony intended, dear Indian readers) and I use 4G to attend classes on Indian polity. Enough of your Supreme bs (pun intended), just a single nuke would do it: kill us. I believed in Indian democracy, loved India and then they barred our calls for 5 long days on May 9! Imagine. We have a high flow of Covid patients here and I don't think the state should ignore the lives of all the citizens of the state just to save its own armys' right here. You wanted land, you can have it all: it's always been yours. Our souls? Nah!

All rights are suspended before Corona virus. One cannot come out of his house unless for extreme need, go one District to another, one state to another under Corona virus. So it is the emergent need if the hour. If all liberties and rights under Constitution can be suppressed before Corona, why not 4G cannot be suspended before terrorism and help mitigate terrorism from Kashmir. Once this is achieved everything will be restored like any part of India. So let us first eradicate terrorism from Kashmir. All these facilities are being misused by terrorists and their handlers from PAK.

Every individual have their own views. Likewise judges also, like any human being. The majority prevails, sustains and implemented. Others have to obey those. That is democracy. Do not disturb those democratic principles. It is told, perhaps, democracy is the majority of fools. So in democracy intellectuals or sensibles have no place. Simply obey and follow.

When the virus spread in foreign countries all CMs of Indian States and politicians of Oppositions started loud voice to bring daya back. Why the same people are not now making suggestions for arrangements to send back our own stranded migrant labourers in which ever states they are stuck up. What the concerned states are doing?. Better, instead of making hollow adverse and passionate comments, make valuable suggestions to the Govt/ Railways to run special trains only to transport stranded workers in Indian states to their home, free of cost. One train on one day may help this purpose. That is how we can help the Govt and the migrant workers and not by writing such articles or adverse comments.

One friend nicely referred to a scenario way back non-internet ear when there was no human rights violation without internet. Presently who are responsible for this unfortunate scenario? Does it require further elaboration? Judiciary isn't a blood hound, but a watch dog. Those who are shedding crocodile tears are openly supporting to jeopardize the National interest & acting against the honest efforts of local governments to bring normalcy back in public life free from paid terror outfits sponsored by Pakistan. Do they believe it or not? Too much latitude sounds extremely indulgent and needs a check.

Are people of India fools to approach the Khap panchayat for justice? Why time and again bother it's meritorious judges not once but many times expressed their priorities are not constitutional or human rights spineless judiciary.

Dear friends there was only 2G internet 5 to 7 Years back then the world was functioning and we were doing well but now our fundamental right is at stake. Don't meddle with countrys integration as 4G internet can be used for disturbing peace. You first bring peace and no curbs will be there. I think any country and India should be such a nationalistic that anyone irrespective of religion or region only saying not even trying for national disintegration or communal disharmony should be crushed with the severest possible methods even if you have to become north Korea or China type. But other wise you should treat your every law binding citizen equally with all basic human rights irrespective of caste creed religion or region

I urge the writer and others to sign an affidavit mentioning that they will be responsible for any loss of civilian Kashmiri life where the terrorists uses high speed internet for their operation. If they are ready for it, I totally back them but if not then just shut the fuck up. Its easy write these articles

Real side of democracy. It looks good in books, so far from reality. Today a man was killed by security persons because he tried run off the barricade. Where else in india you see such thing happening.

Recently Supreme Court is not giving clear rulings over the issues brought to their attention. They keep postponing the hearing or judgement over the controversial issues.

SC of late has lost the courage to decide the sensitive and grave matters and abstain from giving a legal finding on the matters in issue as such downgraded the institution in the eyes of general public.R I P
