The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Civil Services Mains Examination 2025 schedule. As per the notification, the exam will be conducted from August 22 to 31 in two shifts: 9.00 am to 12.00 noon and 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

This year, the Commission notified a total of 979 vacancies. The Preliminary exam was conducted on May 25, 2025, and the results were announced in June.

Meanwhile, the registrations are underway for the AO, JSO, other posts at upsc.gov.in. Candidates can submit their forms till July 17, 2025. The recruitment drive aims to fill 241 vacancies.
