Apart from releasing the VIT 2018 results, the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has revealed counselling dates (for all the phases) for its Engineering Entrance Exam (EEE) 2018. Phase-I counselling will be held from May 9th to May 11th. The institute has also released the merit list of the top 10 candidates taking the VIT 2018 exam.

Students who appeared for the VITEEE 2018 exam can check their results and marks on the official VIT website, vit.ac.in. Students will also receive an SMS of the marks at the registered mobile number which had been provided at the time of application.

Kalash Gupta from Delhi managed to bag the first rank in the VITEEE 2018 examination, which was held from April 4th to April 15th in 124 cities across Indian as well as Dubai, Kuwait, Muscat and Qatar. This year 2,12,000 candidates registered for the examination.

VITEEE 2018 counselling dates

The university is set to conduct the first phase of counselling at all its campuses (Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal, and Amravati) from May 9th to May 11th for the first 20,000 rank holders. The second phase of the VIT EEE 2018 counselling is scheduled from May 14th to May 18th for candidates holding ranks between 20,000 until 99,999. The second phase will also be conducted at all the campuses. The third phase of counselling will take place only at VIT’s Bhopal campus and is for rank holders from 1,00,000 to 1,50,000 and will be conducted on May 19th and May 20th. The VITEEE examination is conducted for admission to 20 B-tech degree courses conducted by the Vellore Institute of Technology for admission to its campuses in Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal, and Amravati (AP).

  1. Log on to VIT’s official website.
  2. On the Bulletin Board section, click on the “VITEEE-2018 – Results || Rank Holders” banner.
  3. Hover over ‘VITEEE-Results’ panel and click on ‘Results’. A drop-down will open with 2 links to the VIT EEE 2018 results.
  4. Enter the necessary details to access your marks.
