Punjab State Education Board (PSEB) gave rest to the rumours that the state’s 10th class result was expected on April 30th or May 1st.

Candidates can check the result at the official PSEB website, pseb.ac.in. Anticipating lots of traffic on the day of result and server overload, the board has decided to release the result also on examresults.net and indiaresults.com.

In 2017, the board witnessed a dramatic drop in the pass percentage with 62.36% of students clearing the exam, which is more than 13 percentage points drop from 2016 when it had recorded a pass percentage of 76.77%. English subject was a major reason for the poor pass percentage as 77,021 had failed to clear the subject.
