The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Odisha, will release the Plus II or +2 merit list today, June 29th. Students who have passed their Class 10 exams and who have applied for seats in various streams can check if their name features in the merit list at the official website, samsodisha.gov.in, once the DHSE Odisha Plus 2 merit list is released.

This information comes courtesy the official website of the Student Academic Management System (SAMS), samsodisha.gov.in, according to which the DHSE Odisha +2 merit list will be released today. However, the website does not mention a specific timing for the release of the merit list.

According to the Indian Express, around 4.41 lakh candidates have registered for Odisha +2 merit list. Admissions will be conducted at 1,993 colleges, including 231 vocational and 172 Sanskrit colleges, in the state.

The online application process was closed on June 17th and the merit list was scheduled to be released on June 23rd, but it was postponed for undisclosed reasons. Based on the first merit list, the admission process is expected to be held from July 2nd to July 5th.

Unlike last year where students applying for different streams were allowed to select 20 colleges, this year students were allowed to pick a minimum of five colleges and a maximum of 10 colleges for their admission applications.

  1. When the Odisha +2 merit list is released, log on to the official SAMS website.
  2. Click on the link for the DHSE Plus II merit list.
  3. Enter the required details and click on Submit.
  4. The allotment result and rank will be displayed along with other information.
