The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board is all set to declare the results of the SSLC Supplementary exam 2018 held in June this year, according to a report by the Times of India. Students who appeared for the Karnataka SSLC Supply re-exam will be able to check their results online today, as per the report.

The board is expected to release the SSLC Supplementary results sometimes today, and students will reportedly be able to check their results on the board’s official results websites, sslc.kar.nic.in and karresults.nic.in.

Of the 2,08,151 students who appeared for the Karnataka SSLC Supply exam 2018, just 84,701 have cleared. This is a 40.69% pass percentage. Reportedly, last year the pass percentage was much higher: 50.81%.

The Time of India reports that the results of the Karnataka SSLC Supplementary exam 2018 will be intimated to students via SMS today, July 19th. They will reportedly be made available at schools tomorrow, July 20th.

Girls outperformed boys at the exam, recording a pass percentage of 45.55%, while only 37.93% of boys managed to clear the exam, officials from the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board reportedly told ToI. Also, rural students did better than students from urban areas at the Karnataka SSLC Supply exam 2018.
