Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in the midst of another international tour, one that will take him through France, Germany and Canada. As always, he has been urging foreign businessmen to make in India, dressing impeccably, and sending excitable members of the Indian diaspora into a frenzy.

And like he did when he visited Australia in November, he retains his enormous talent for always knowing where the camera is. Even when he's not looking at the machine, he knows where it is located.
