What does an athlete do after wrapping up a sparkling career in sports?
Most have invested in businesses and some become coaches, manager, pundits, among others. But, some who only love what they do on the mat, field, pitch and cannot stay without the sport, turn towards the circus.
More than 500 former world champions across the globe work at Cirque du Soleil, a Canadian circus company. These athletes work with an acting coach and take comedy lessons and also dance class to ease the transition from competitive sport to circus performers.
