India were bowled out for 107 by stumps on a rain-hit second day of the second cricket Test.
Skipper Virat Kohli (24) and Ajinkya Rahane (18) along with other batsmen failed to counter England seamers led by James Anderson (5/20).
Chris Woakes (2/19) and Sam Curran (1/19) also got wickets.
Twitter couldn’t fathom the capitulation and lack of technique against swinging ball.
The conditions were very difficult to bat but England bowled superbly and made great use of the conditions. Real test of character for a batsman is when you can do well in difficult conditions against a good bowling attack.

Superb bowling by Jimmy Anderson. Difficult conditions for batting too, but India's capitulation betrays lack of technique as well as heart

England played four seamers. India played two spinners. Both teams wanted to field first.... #EngvInd

What a massive advantage winning this toss has been for England. But wasn’t meant to unfold like this for India.. Come on team, some fight somewhere !!

Kohli needs to score runs

Kohli needs to get direct hits
Kohli needs to pick the right team
But also.. Kohli needs to win the toss
India are yet to lose a Test when Kohli has won the toss
#IPL warriors should be kept away from test cricket.

Kohli - "Anyone who has got 35 runs or plans to take 35 runs in this test series can bring your wives to this photoshoot"

Other batsmen - " Sounds like a great plan"

Let’s not forget these are the players who got India to the number 1 ranking. How about being little supportive when the going gets tough. This is our team
