Five police jawans were injured in clashes with Naxal forces in Chhattisgarh's Sukma district on Tuesday. They are being provided medical assistance in Raipur, ANI reported. According to Inspector General of Naxal Operations RK Vij, Naxal forces suffered many casualties in the encounter. He added, "The firing went on for quite some time. Many Naxals have been gunned down."
