Kabaddi player shot dead in Haryana, act caught on CCTV camera
Sukhvinder Narwhal was walking home when two assailants on a scooter fired at him.
Sukhvinder Narwhal, an Indian kabaddi player, was shot dead while walking home from a practice session in Rohtak, Haryana on Tuesday.
The incident took place during the day. NDTV released footage from CCTV cameras that recorded the act. In the footage, two men on a scooter shoot at Narwhal who falls down on the road immediately. Then they get off the scooter and continue to shoot at him. (Warning: The video is graphic and some readers might find it disturbing.)
Narwhal remained unattended to and succumbed to his injuries. This is the second such incident in the last three months after another kabaddi player Deepak Kumar was killed in a similar manner. Further investigations are underway.
