A bird with Donald Trump's hairdo has been spotted in a Chinese safari park
A local journalist noted the resemblance between the golden pheasant's plumage and the American president-elect's locks.
Images of a golden pheasant in China’s Hangzhou Safari Park have gone viral, after a local journalist noted the resemblance between the five-year-old bird and the United States president-elect Donald Trump.
The journalist shared the image on social media and wrote that the plumage on the bird named “Little Red’s” head was very similar to the Republican’s characteristic blonde hairstyle. The bird’s keeper told People’s Daily that he had not noted the resemblance before. He said, “After Trump was elected President of America, I start seeing more pictures of him and I think the pheasant looks a little bit like him.”
People shared the image on social media along with numerous comments and jokes about the similarity. One Chinese user posted, “Look at its eyes, they are very similar [to Trump’s]. The only difference is the man doesn’t have a beak,” Mail Online reported. Another said, “As a matter of fact, the pheasant is better looking than Trump.”
