The heartwarming story of Mahavir Singh Phogat, the amateur wrestler who coached his daughters and nieces into champions, has inspired the Aamir Khan starrer Dangal. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari (Bhootnath Returns), Dangal stars Khan as Phogat, who turns his disadvantage – too many daughters, not enough sons – into an advantage that has made him as famous as his wards.
