Pooja Batra has been added to the cast of the American television show Lethal Weapon, which is based on the popular film series of the same name. The cast includes Damon Wayans and Clayne Crawford in the main roles along with Jordana Brewster, Keesha Sharp and Kevin Rahm. The first season was premiered in May 2016, and the second season will be aired from September 26, 2017.

Batra appeared in several 1990s productions, including Virasat, Haseena Maan Jaayegi and Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye. She relocated to the United States of America in the 2000s and currently lives in California.
