The first teaser of Pratima Joshi’s directorial debut Aamhi Doghi gives a glimpse into the story involving its lead characters played by Marathi stars Mukta Barve and Priya Bapat. Aamhi Doghi is a female buddy movie in the vein of Fried Green Tomatoes and Thelma and Louise, and traces the unusual friendship between the demure Amla (Barve) and the outgoing Savitri (Bapat). The movie is scheduled to be released on February 16.
