Actor Irrfan returned to Twitter after a two-month gap to post about his upcoming film Karwaan, which also features Dulquer Salmaan and Mithila Palkar. In March, the actor had revealed that he is suffering from a neuroendocrine tumor. He is currently seeking medical treatment in London. Karwaan, a road movie, will be released on August 10.

Directed by Akarsh Khurana and produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Karwaan marks southern star Salman’s Hindi film debut. Palkar has previously appeared in the webseries Little Things and Girl in The City and Varun Narvekar’s Marathi film Muramba (2017).

Khan was last seen in Abhinay Deo’s black comedy drama Blackmail.
