‘Had stomach problems’: JD(U) MLA Gopal Mandal justifies stripping down to underclothes on train
Fellow passengers on the Patna-New Delhi Tejas Rajdhani Express had complained when the MLA was seen roaming around in his underclothes, ANI reported.
