Watch: Police officers intervene in fight between teenagers, handcuff only black teen
The incident that took place in New Jersey, US has sparked new controversies about racist actions of the police.
These teens got into an altercation at a NJ mall, but ONLY the Black teen was arrested! 1 ofc. sat the white teen down & allowed him to watch while the other ofc. tackled the Black teen — then they both handcuffed him!
