Caught on camera: Irish tourist climbs recently renovated statue in Belgium and breaks it

The statue outside the Brussels Stock Exchange was recently reopened to the public following a three-year restoration. The man was later arrested.

An Irish tourist has been arrested in Brussels for breaking off part of a statue outside the city's Stock Exchange building, one day after it was unveiled following £15,000 restoration.
