Groups of fans were riding the lift in New York’s 30 Rockefeller Plaza for a tour of the NBC television studios. One of the things they got to see was Paul McCartney (with Jimmy Fallon) waiting to surprise them.
The former Beatles legend was joined by late night show host Jimmy Fallon for an “Elevator Surprise” segment on Fallon’s show (video above). And the two of them clearly had fun catching people by surprise. The fans’ reactions? Priceless.
They even sang the Beatles classic Drive My Car in preparation to prank another group. McCartney appeared on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to promote his latest album, Egypt Station.
