Arsenal will host Liverpool on the opening day of the 2016-'17 season on August 13, while Jose Mourinho's first match as Manchester United manager will be away to Bournemouth. The new season's fixtures, which were released on Wednesday, also see champions Leicester City take on newly promoted Hull City, while Manchester City, under new boss Pep Guardiola, will host Sunderland. The opening weekend also has a feisty London derby on the cards, with Chelsea taking on West Ham at Stamford Bridge.

Mourinho, who was sacked as Chelsea manager in November last year after a miserable start to the season, will return to his old club on October 22, while Manchester United will host the 2014-'15 champions on April 15. Mourinho will also come up against old foe Guardiola in the two Manchester derbies on September 10 at Old Trafford and February 25 at the Etihad Stadium.

The last day of the season, May 21, is relatively low-key, with Manchester United at home to Crystal Palace, Leicester taking on Bouremouth, Arsenal hosting Everton, Liverpool clashing against newcomers Middlesbrough and Manchester City travelling to Watford.
