The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Urban Technical Officer (Junior Grade-III) Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Environmental Engineer, Housing and Urban Affairs Department under ADVT. NO. 29/2025. Candidates can apply for the posts at apsc.nic.in from September 5 to 25, 2025.

The recruitment drive aims to fill 43 posts, of which 10 for Urban Technical Officer (Junior Grade - III) - Civil Engineer, 16 for Urban Technical Officer (Junior Grade - III) - Mechanical Engineer, 11 for Urban Technical Officer (Junior Grade - III) - Electrical Engineer, and 6 for Urban Technical Officer (Junior Grade - III) - Environmental Engineer.
