The 2018 Kerala Class 10 results have been declared by the Kerala Department of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE). A whopping 97.84% of students managed to clear the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) 2018 exam, which means they are eligible to enrol for higher studies.

The result was declared by the education minister of the state, Professor C Raveendranath in Thiruvananthapuram. Around 4.41 lakh students appeared for the 2018 Kerala SSLC exam and around 4.31 lakh have been declared eligible for higher studies. This year the result is better by around 2 percentage points than 2017 when the pass percentage was 95.98%.

The Kerala Class 10 board exam results have been released on various websites, and SSLC students can check their results on sites such as kerala.gov.in, keralaresults.nic.in, results.itschool.gov.in, examresults.kerala.gov.in, prd.kerala.gov.in, results.nic.in and educationkerala.gov.in.

The Kerala SSLC 2018 examination was conducted from March 7th to March 28th at around 2,900 centres across the state. The Department also had nine centres each in Lakshadweep and the Middle East.

A total of 34,313 students secured A+ in all subjects, which is than last year, when 20,967 students managed the achievement. Ernakulam District stood first, with 99.12% students from the district eligible for higher studies. Wayanad District came last, but still managed to achieve 93.87% pass percentage.

How to check the Kerala SSLC 2018 results

  1. Log on to any of the websites mentioned above.
  2. Some websites allow you to enter your roll number and other details on the homepage itself, which gives you access to the results. On others, you will have to click on the SSLC 2018 result link and enter your details.
  3. The results will be displayed and can be printed out for reference.

The Kerala board conducted a re-examination for the maths paper as there was a possibility that the paper had leaked. The re-examination was conducted on March 20th.
