Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has kicked off the UPSEE 2018 registration process. The tentative counselling schedule for those who appeared for the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) 2018 was released last week on the university’s official website, upsee.nic.in. Candidates can register for the first round from today, June 25th, 2018. The UPSEE counselling process 2018 is expected to be done in three rounds and continue until July 19th.

To take part in the UPSEE counselling process, aspirants have to register online separately for each round, after which the AKTU will release a merit list with the UPSEE scores. The process of document verification and locking of college of choice will follow.

How to register for UPSEE 2018 counselling

  1. Log on to the official UPSEE website.
  2. Click on ‘Online registration and Choice Filling for UPSEE-2018’ tab.
  3. Registered candidates can sign in after entering the details and follow the process. New candidates can click on the green tab of ‘New Candidate Registration’ and follow the process.    

The UPSEE exam is conducted by AKTU for admission to BTech, BArch, BDes, BPharm, BHMCT, BFAD and BFA courses in engineering institutions in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The UPSEE 2018 exam was held on April 29th, May 5th and May 6th this year. The exam is conducted for admissions to around 1.5 lakh seats, of which 4,000 seats are in government colleges.
