Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) released the answer keys to preliminary exam for Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) and Rajasthan Taxation Service (RTS) examination on Thursday, August 9th. The examination was held on August 5th and the answer keys were expected to be released on August 6th according to some reports. All candidates who have given the exam can check the rpsc.rajasthang.gov.in website to check the answer keys.

As reported earlier, around 3.76 lakh candidates out of 5 lakh candidates who had applied had appeared for the 2018 RAS and RTS exam. On the day of the examination, the state government had suspended all the mobile internet services for few hours to curb cheating or other malpractices.

Here is how to check the RPSC RAS/RTS answer keys:

  1. Log in to the RPSC official website.    
  2. Hover the cursor on ‘Candidate Information’ and click on ‘Answer Keys’.    
  3. The link to download answer keys for ‘Raj. State and Sub. Services Comb. Comp (TSP) Exam 2018’ and ‘Raj. State and Sub. Services Comb. Comp Exam 2018’ are available on the page.    
  4. Download the document and print it out for future reference.    

The RPSC had released the advertisement for 980 vacancies on April 2nd, 2018. The preliminary exam tested candidates’ knowledge on general knowledge and general science through objective-type questions for 200 marks.

Candidates who clear the preliminary stage will have to give the Main exam which consists of four papers of written and analytical examination with three papers on general studies and one paper on general Hindi/English. Each paper will be of 200 marks. The final phase of the recruitment will be an interview/personality test round.
