The Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE) released the Maharashtra Teachers’ Eligibility Test (MAHATET) 2018 final answer keys for paper 1 and paper 2 on Monday, August 13th. MAHATET provisional answer keys were released on July 24th. Candidates can visit the official website, mahatet.in, and check the final answer keys.

The Council released provisional answer keys inviting candidates to raise objections against the answers on or before July 31st. The final keys for both the papers have taken candidates’ objections into account. The Council has also informed that no further requests or objections on the answers will be entertained.

Candidates can access the Maharashtra TET final Paper 1 answer keys and Paper 2 answer keys by visiting the official website and clicking on the answer keys link on the right panel.

The MSCE had conducted the Maharashtra TET exam on July 15th, which was held in two sessions – morning and afternoon. The process of application for the MAHATET exam started on April 25th and ended on May 22nd this year. The Council released TET exam admit cards on July 2nd.

The MAHATET is a mandatory qualification for teachers to teach from class I to class VIII in the state of Maharashtra. The exam is conducted every year and has two papers; Paper 1 for teachers aspiring to teach from class I to V and Paper 2 for teachers aspiring to teach from class VI to VII. There is no cap on the number of attempts and the certificate is valid for seven years.
