The Directorate of Teacher Education (DTE) and SCERT has invited candidates to raise objections over the SCERT questions or answers from today, August 17th, 5 pm. The last date to raise objections over the questions/answers is August 20th. Candidates can submit the objections at the SCERT’s officail website, scert.samsodisha.gov.in.

The State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT) Odisha exam is conducted by SAMS Odisha for admissions to different teachers’ education courses such as D.El.Ed, B.Ed, B.P.Ed, B.H.Ed, M.Ed, and M.Phil (education) in the state of Odisha. The SCERT 2018 was conducted from August 7th to August 14th.

The SCERT website states that the process of objection will close on August 20th at 5 pm, and candidates need to attach valid supporting documents with the objection without which the SCERT will not consider the request.

According to the official SCERT website, 84 institutions throughout the state of Odisha are participating in the admission process via SCERT and more than 2 lakh students have applied for various courses.

Here’s how to raise objection for SCERT 2018:

  1. Log in to the official SCERT website.
  2. Click on the blue button on the home page saying ‘Objection on Questions/Answer’.
  3. Enter the requested details and click on ‘Login’.
  4. The candidates can submit the objections after logging in to the page and uploading valid supporting documents.

The admissions to the teachers’ education courses provided in the state of Odisha have been brought to the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) fold from this year.
