EXHIBITION ‘Without Walls: An Investigation Into The Lives Of Mumbai’s Homeless Families’ at Studio X
Organised by Studio X and soon-to-be-launched website Megapolis India, this exhibition will use “multimedia, photography and mapping to interrogate three key aspects of homelessness: lived experiences of Mumbai’s homeless women; livelihoods and the dignity of labour; and the physical space and its relationship to the infrastructure of the city”. Vikalp, a collective of documentary makers, will screen Renjith Kuzhur’s 2015 film 18 Feet, which traces memories of caste injustice through the journey of Kerala folk music band Karinthalakoottam. DANCE Mudra Dance Festival at the NCPA
