The fourth edition of the Woodpecker International Film Festival will feature documentaries, shorts and feature films that deal with pressing issues from across the world. The sixteenth edition of the Public Service Broadcasting Trust’s Open Frame Film Festival and Forum will comprise documentary film screenings, workshops and talks. The line-up of documentaries features Uma Tanuku’s Night Hawks (Saturday, September 17 at 10.15 am), which explores a different kind of Delhi nightlife including a vegetable market, an expressway patrolling unit and wedding bands; and Shweta Ghosh’s Steeped and Stirred (Sunday, September 18 at 4.30 pm), about the various ways in which tea is drunk in India.
