Displayed at the Government Museum and Art Gallery, Chandigarh, this sculpture of the Buddhist deity Hariti is a fine example of Gandharan art. The sculpture reflects the Greek/Hellenistic cultural influence in the region and bears an inscription in the Kharosthi script.
