Pakistan and England their respective Super 12 groups while India suffered an early exit at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup being held in United Arab Emirates.

Pakistan were the only undefeated side in this round while England won four out of five as did Australia and New Zealand, the four semi-finalists.

After the first round, Sri Lanka, Scotland, Bangladesh and Namibia completed the line-up for Super 12 stage at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. Sri Lanka and Bangladesh entered the group that had the defending ODI and T20I World Cup Champions in England and West Indies. Scotland and Namibia entered Group 2 featuring India, Pakistan and New Zealand.
