The Jaipur Pink Panthers gave it their all but the Patna Pirates were a little too good. In an enthralling final in Hyderabad on Sunday, the Pirates edged out the Pink Panthers 37-29 to win back-to-back titles, also becoming the first team to win two titles in the short history of the tournament.
Jaipur's Jasvir Singh was the main threat but the Pirates managed to subdue him on their way to a 16-11 lead.
