South Africa have gained a massive 372-run lead over New Zealand in the second Test at Centurion Park, as 13 wickets fell on day three of the match. New Zealand were bowled out for 214 in response to South Africa's 481/8 declared, with fast bowlers Kagiso Rabada, Dale Steyn and Vernon Philander taking eight wickets between them.
New Zealand captain Kane Williamson was the only one who played a valiant knock of 77. Williamson was the last of the seven New Zealand wickets to fall on Monday, after resuming play at 38/3.
Deciding not to enforce follow-on, South Africa came out to bat. However, they were undone by some fine bowling by Tim Southee and Trent Boult, with the pair bagging two wickets each. South Africa ended the day at 105/6.
