Wimbledon champion Andy Murray made the final of the China Open with a straight sets victory over Spain's David Ferrer on Saturday. Murray, who was a break down in the opening set before winning the next five games, went on to win 6-2, 6-3 in Beijing.
Murray will face Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov in Sunday's final after Milos Raonic was ruled out of the semi-final due to an ankle injury. Dimitrov had beaten Rafael Nadal in the quarter-final 6-2, 6-4 and was to face Raonic in the semi-final.
Ferrer broke for a 2-1 lead in the first set but was immediately broken back by the Brit. Another break of serve saw Murray win the opening set and take a quick 3-1 lead in the second. Murray eventually bagged the set 6-3.
