Manipur’s Eastern Sporting Union and Odisha’s Rising Student FC qualified for the final round of the 2017 season of the Women’s I-League on Thursday. Sporting Union remained undefeated in the preliminary round, winning three games out of three and topping the second group with nine points.
For Rising Student FC, the journey into the final round was similar, winning four games out of four to bag 12 points, and in the process, beating the other four teams in the group.
