The big story: Virat Kohli reigns supreme yet again
Virat Kohli brought up his second century of the series and the 15th of his career as India opened up a 51-run lead at the end of day three of the fourth Test at Mumbai. Murali Vijay also brought up a three-figure score, also his second of the series. At the close of play on day three of the fourth test, India were 451/7 in reply to England’s 400.
England enjoyed a brief good spell after dismissing Karun Nair, Parthiv Patel and Ravinchandran Ashwin in fairly quick succession. Kohli dropped anchor to grind the England bowling down with good support at the other end from Ravindra Jadeja and later, Jayant Yadav.

- David Warner moved within two points of Virat Kohli in the One-day International batting charts after a terrific recent run, which saw him score 299 runs in three games in Australia 3-0 whitewash of New Zealand. Australian skipper Steve Smith climbed to the 10th spot.
