As Rafael Nadal won his 16th Grand Slam title at Flushing Meadows, the Spaniard once again cut the lead to rival Roger Federer to three. This was Nadal’s third US Open title and his 74th career title overall.
Rafa also has two Olympic gold medals, the singles in 2008 and the doubles in Rio 2016. The US Open interestingly was also the venue for the Spaniard’s best ever doubles finish way back in 2004, when he partnered Tommy Robredo, ultimately losing to Leander Paes and David Rikl.
With two Majors and getting back to the World No. 1 ranking, Nadal has had an amazing 2017. To celebrate his year and his career, here’s our quiz. So how much do you know about the King of Clay? Take a bite of this quiz.
