India thrashed Papua New Guinea by 10 wickets in the Under-19 World Cup on Tuesday after bowling the opposition out for only 64. India needed only eight overs to chase down the target and did it without the loss of any wicket.

While left-arm spinner Anukul Roy grabbed the headlines for his 5/14, India captain Prithvi Shaw wasn’t too far behind in terms of individual brilliance. Out of India’s eventual 67 runs, Shaw scored as many as 57 in just 39 balls. His innings included 12 boundaries.

Shaw thoroughly enjoyed himself in the middle and took India across the finish line with two successive boundaries in as many balls. It was Shaw’s second half-century of the tournament, after his 94 against Australia in India’s tournament opener.
