Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday launched fresh verbal volleys on Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and Janata Dal (United) head Nitish Kumar, saying that "Jungle Raj" now has a twin brother in "Jantar Mantar" and together the two will prove disastrous for Bihar.

While Jungle Raj referred to Yadav's tenure as chief minister, when the state had built a reputation for corruption and crime, the jantar mantar jibe was aimed towards Kumar's alleged meeting with a tantrik, a video of which had gone viral last week.

Addressing an election rally in Madhubani for the final phase of polling, to be held on November 5, Modi asserted that only development could take the state forward. He also stressed on the importance of youth and women in developing the state, saying that the hopes of a new Bihar were pinned on their involvement and action.
