Underworld don Chhota Rajan is likely to be deported from Bali on Thursday night, after officials said the Bali could resume operations, Times Now reported. Flights out of the seaside city had been suspended after a nearby mountain started spewing volcanic ash.

The 55-year-old gangster and former aide of Dawood Ibrahim was caught last week in Bali and was supposed to be deported to India on Tuesday evening after Indonesian police gave clearance to Indian officials. A team from the Central Bureau of Investigation and Delhi and Mumbai Police went to Bali on Sunday to take custody of Rajan and fly him to India, where he faces over 70 criminal charges.
