Indian batsman and part-time off-spinner Shikhar Dhawan has been reported for a suspect bowling action during the fourth Test match between India and South Africa in Delhi. According to an International Cricket Council press release, the match officials' report cited concerns about the legality of Dhawan's deliveries during the Test match.
As per regulations, Dhawan will undergo testing within 14 days and is permitted to continue bowling in international cricket till the results of the test are known. Dhawan bowled three overs and conceded nine runs in the second innings of the match played at the Feroz Shah Kotla. India won the match by 337 runs to complete a 3-0 series victory.
