Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday made new allegations against the Centre, claiming the Central Bureau of Investigation has been directed to target all opposition parties and finish all who “don’t fall in line”. This comes after Kejriwal demanded the resignation of Finance Minister Arun Jaitley for alleged corruption while he was president of the Delhi District Cricket Association.

On Tuesday, Kejriwal took to social media after the CBI raided his principal secretary Rajendra Kumar’s office. The Aam Aadmi Party leader alleged that the raid was a cover-up for the investigative agency to look for documents regarding Jaitley’s corrupt dealings. The allegations have been rubbished by Jaitley and other Bharatiya Janata Party leaders. Kejriwal’s allegations on Friday were also dismissed by BJP leader Jitendra Singh. Singh said the government doesn't interfere with the working of the CBI.
