UPSC exam results: 1,078 candidates recommended for appointment to civil services

The Union Public Service Commission on Tuesday declared the final results of the Civil Services Examination, 2015, on its official website. The results were based on the scores of the written exam held in December and the "Personality Test" interviews conducted from March to May this year.
Tina Dabi topped the list, followed by Aamir Ul Shari Khan Akhtar in the second position and Jasmeet Singh Sandhu in the third. The order of merit can be checked on the UPSC official website.
This year, the commission has recommended as many as 1,078 candidates for appointment to positions in the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and Central Services.
