Ravichandran Ashwin and Wriddhiman Saha hit centuries to take India to 353 on Day 2 of the third Test against West Indies in St Lucia on Wednesday. At the close of play, West Indies were batting on 107/1, still trailing by 246 runs.
Ashwin and Saha carried on from the first day and extended their partnership to 213 runs. Both of them got centuries - Saha was dismissed for 104 which led to a collapse as India lost their last four batsmen for just 14 runs. Ashwin was the penultimate batsman dismissed, after scoring 118.
West Indies replied in steady fashion, losing only the wicket of opener Leon Johnson due to a run-out from KL Rahul. Kraigg Brathwaite scored a half-century and remained unbeaten on 53 as West Indies ended the day on 107/1.
