Apple products go red to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS in Africa

Apple is set to launch a red version of its iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus in line with the [PRODUCT] RED campaign that seeks to engage the private sector in raising awareness HIV and AIDS in Africa and giving money to this fight. The company has yet to disclose how much money it would give towards the cause. The models will be available in India from April, Mint reported on Wednesday. It will be available in 128GB and 256GB capacities.
The new iPad will measure 9.7 inches and it will start at $329 (around Rs 21,547), reported Axios. The company will also introduce a new application – Clips – for making short videos for social media. However, that will be launched only in April. The company has also decided to expand the memory of iPad Mini 4 and iPhone SE, though their prices will remain the same.
