Jammu and Kashmir: Pakistan allegedly violates ceasefire along Line of Control in Rajouri

Pakistani troops on Wednesday violated ceasefire in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district, PTI reported. The Indian Army is giving a befitting reply, an unidentified official told the news agency. No casualties have been reported so far.
Pakistani troops initiated unprovoked and indiscriminate firing of small arms, automatics and mortars along the Line of Control in Nowshera sector at 2 pm and Krishna Ghati sector in Poonch at 4.45 pm, the official said.
The latest incident comes two days after two soldiers were killed in heavy mortar shelling and firing by Pakistan in Sunderbani sector of Rajouri.
