Bengali actor Prosenjit Chatterjee will launch his autobiography at an event in Kolkata on January 30. Titled Bumba, Shot Ready, the book has been co-authored by journalist Gautam Bhattacharya. Chatterjee shared the cover of his autobiography in a tweet on Tuesday.
Bumba, Shot Ready will be launched by veteran Bengali actor Soumitra Chatterjee, with whom Prosenjit Chatterjee recently starred with in Mayurakshi.

In a career spanning close to four decades, Prosenjit Chatterjee has acted in more than 250 films. He made his debut as a child actor in Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s Chotto Jigyasa (1968). His notable recent films include Shob Charitro Kalponik (2009), Autograph (2010), Moner Manush (2010), Jaatishwar (2014), and Shankhachil (2016). He has also appeared in some Hindi movies, including Shanghai (2012) and Traffic (2016).
