The teaser for Ponram’s upcoming Tamil movie Seemaraja, starring Sivakarthikeyan, Samantha Akkineni and Simran, was released on Saturday. A man on the loudspeaker announces the arrival of Sivakarthikeyan’s character as the teaser opens. “Ladies and gentlemen, the person you’ve been waiting for, the first son of Ariyaraja, the 33rd heir of the family in Singampatti, is here.”
He is a man who keeps tigers for company and can decimate his enemies, we are told. He also likes the attention and keeps a close watch on his Twitter and Facebook following. All of this doesn’t scare away his enemies though. “Do feast on some good country chicken,” Simran’s character advises him. “You have to withstand getting beaten up by us, right?”
The film is scheduled to be released on September 13.
