Fidget spinners were all the rage just a short while ago, and like every other internet fad, they too have met their demise. They have been turned into actual phones, adapted into giant versions and been to the International Space Station – there isn’t much left to do with them.

Or so we thought. YouTube user Kaplamino, however, has proved us wrong. He has turned those lovingly hated toys into a complex table-top marble maze (video above_.

The chain-reaction obstacle course uses – and we counted – a total of 29 fidget spinners. Watching the marbles course through and finding their way along the maze is strangely addictive. Kaplamino also had an ulterior motive for building the maze, as you’ll find out at the end of the video.

The YouTube user previously shot to fame about a month ago for a video where a single marble went through a massive, even more elaborate maze that was made of scissors, dominos, spring-loaded pens and more. That particular video, which you can watch below, took him about 300 months and 500 failed attempts to complete.
