An incident at a zoo in Louisana, USA, shocked visitors out of their skins. In a video posted on Facebook by Kevin Felder Jr, Mike the Tiger, who is the mascot of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, is seen stealthily eyeing the visitors standing outside his enclosure before creeping up on them.

Luckily the glass wall of the enclosure proved solid enough. “I learned why u don’t turn your back on a tiger,” wrote Felder, who could have been one of Mike’s targets.

According to CBS affiliate WTOL, Mike, formerly known as Harvey, was donated to the university by a sanctuary in Okeechobee, Florida and has been living in the tiger habitat since 2017.
